   I was recommended by a friend who had previously sold their home with Belvoir so entrusted their help when the time arrived to sell my parents home. From the very start they were sympathetic after learning this was the family home where I had grown up and it held many memories over the years. Alex and Marie were excellent from day one right through to the end and everyone at Belvoir was helpful, they worked as a team using their expertise to help sell the property whilst providing guidance throughout the process. I was kept informed at every step and all the questions and queries I had were answered and explained thoroughly. Each time a viewing was booked I was sent an email and text message and after that viewing any feedback was then passed on to me keeping me up to date throughout. If you have a property to sell or rent out I’d have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir at Saltash, their friendly & professional approach is paramount.

   Do not bother listing a property for sale with Belvoir Saltash & Plymouth. I started trying to book a viewing with them on 26 July. No response. I called them on 28 July at 10:30. No-one available. They finally called back at 5pm. Can you fit a viewing in on 29 July? No. 30 July? No. 1 August? No. Not until 2 August!! OK I am working until 6pm. “Our last booking is 5pm”. I doubt they are selling many houses with only one person & their dog doing accompanied viewings! What a useless bunch. I feel sorry for the vendor.

   I have nothing but praise for Belvoir. They are very professional and helpful. We purchased our property through Belvoir but had delays with the completion due to the solicitor's dragging their heels. Marie and Alex were absolutely brilliant in helping to get the purchase over the line!

   Incredibly smooth and swift tenancy agreement process with Lucia - from viewing to receiving keys in less than a fortnight. Absolutely on-the-ball every step of the way and very quick to reply to any queries/ questions I had about any aspect of the rental property/ process. Really impressed with how easy everything was - absolutely fantastic service from Lucia. Would happily recommend Belvoir as letting agents to anyone looking to rent in the Plymouth area.

   Cannot praise Belvoir enough. We had along drawn out move that took 8 months, thankfully we had Marie and Alex fighting our corner. Marie especially was absolutely amazing and kept on at everybody involved in the chain to speed things up on a day to day basis. Would thoroughly recommend Belvoir to anybody looking to sell their home. First class service especially as we were the buyers not the sellers.

   I was a prospective buyer and contacted Belvoir and received a very timely response after enquiring online. We arranged a viewing quickly, and established a great rapport throughout the buying process. Both Bryony and the team were brilliant with explaining the process to me (as a first time buyer) but also by keeping me up to date with developments, liaising between myself and the vendors, but also helped apply pressure to solicitors on both sides to ensure expediency of the sale. Then once completed, a really helpful welcome pack and card! A lovely personal touch; I cannot recommend them highly enough.
