   Well, where should I start? I live in Australia and, with my UK based daughter in law, was looking for a possible house to return to in my older years to be near family. Purely by chance we pulled up outside Fox and Sons in Saltash, and upon entry we were warmly greeted by all the staff and in particular by Rebecca Lucas. She listened to my concerns, hopes and aspirations and came up with some suggested homes, all highly suitable for an older person. Questions re each property were fully answered without any harsh sales pitch. Thanks to Rebecca I have found the right HOME and one which my family think is ideal for my needs. I have bought and sold houses prior to emigrating to Australia some 40 years plus ago, as well as in Australia and have never come across an agent who advocates for the purchaser in the manner Rebecca does. Despite some comments to the contrary, I can fully recommend the Saltash Branch of Fox and Sons and am grateful for the ongoing support given during the purchasing period.

   My experience with Fox & Sons was great. When my landlord decided to sell up Rebecca came to do the valuation and quickly got me booked in to see their mortgage advisor, Jake, and I can honestly say that Jake was amazing. He went above and beyond to find me a good mortgage deal, answered all my first time buyer-y questions and guided me through the whole process. Rebecca and Dylan were also helpful and flexible around viewings, and the house I ended up buying (and have now moved into) was found through them. All in all, a good service from everyone there and I enjoyed dealing with all of them, but Jake especially is a real credit to the company.

   We would highly recommend Fox and Sons Saltash (particularly to any first-time buyers who are as clueless as we are!). Dylan has been extremely conscientious, approachable and informative throughout the process, understanding our requirements and going the extra mile to assist and reassure us. Our mortgage advisor Graham has also been a massive help, making a complicated process feel very straightforward and ensuring our purchase has progressed efficiently. Ryan, who was our initial contact when we first approached Fox and Sons, was very friendly and helpful. As a team, they have been absolutely brilliant and we cannot thank them enough. We would most definitely use Fox and Sons again.
