I'm a regular customer of this shop and always find that the staff here are friendly and helpful. Whilst the shop itself is relatively small, it is also invariably neat, tidy and clean. Despite clearly being busy on occasion, the manager does a great job and always has time for her customers. All-round, a really great place to shop at and find bargains.
Great selection at great prices and lovely customer service. Convenient location. Very close to public transports,nice places to eat and other shops.

Joanna the manager is the rudest person ever. How on earth is someone like her works for a charity and in a customer service position is beyond me.
The shop manageress Joanne is extremely rude. I don’t understand how someone like her is employed in a customer service role. At first I thought it’s just me she doesn’t like, but having spoken to many of the neighbours, it seems she is miserable and rude with everyone. So much so I have written to the head office to formally complain about her attitude.
