   We first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed. We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations.
