Dawn and Zoe at Chelsea Baby were amazing! We recently visited to purchase a pushchair and Dawn and Zoe’s knowledge is top tier. There was no pressure to buy a certain brand, no request was too much, Zoe helped us try the pushchair out in the car to see if it would fit in the boot. They were so warm and welcoming and made the whole process so easy as knowing which pushchair to buy can be so overwhelming. We also ended up buying a cot bed and top changer. We can’t thank you enough for helping make the whole process so smooth.

Me and my partner had a visit just to look at the different prams. We was welcomed by Dawn and Harry and they made us feel relaxed and comfortable while showing us all the different prams. Visited today to purchase a pushchair set. Dawn greeted us and ask if we needed any help or requirements. We had a few questions. We browsed then Dawn showed us a few options based on our specifications. We are delighted with our bundle that had a discounted price on it. It matches our car seat which is ideal. Huge range and some beautifully made furniture at the back of the store. Staff are friendly approachable and not over bearing. We were relaxed and felt comfortable with our choice. Baby was ready for a feed and we were made to feel extremely comfortable to feed baby at the back of the store in a large rocking chair. Products are very well made and store lay out is neat & shopper friendly. Highly recommend a visit for all your pushchair. Car seat & baby furniture needs. Thank you Dawn you were most helpful
