I bought the red Million Dreams buggy and a feeding pillow from here, the service was great & the products are fab! My little one loves his buggy & it's so easy to manoeuvre!
++PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW++ "Item never arrived, it was left in a public areas next to an open door that opens onto the street. Contacted Evri and this lot!, because they have a picture of it in the public space they say it's delivered, not considering that it was taken from the public areas. Now I have to pay £180 for something someone else is enjoying" The above is the review I left about this company...boy was i wrong. They read my review and reached out to me and offered a full refund and sincere apologies. I have never been so wrong about a company and feel just terrible that I thought that way about them. Evri the delivery company is what's holding everything up, FYLO are just stuck in the middle. Im so happy I can change my review as I don't like putting company's down or hurting there business. Great buy indeed.The 3 in 1 pram is amazing. Strong wheels, durable stuff, all components for different settings available. Car seat is lovely. Baby is comfortable and safely secured. I found the staff so supportive and polite.
Terrible. We ordered a trike that couldn’t handle 2 fold ups. Tried to contact them through WhatsApp email and even Instagram and heard nothing back at all. Not even a simple thank you for your message. Terrible really. Especially given the price. I needed this for our holiday so now I have to go and buy another one. I’ve raised a complaint which they will probs ignore too - but I will take this to Trading standards if I have to.
Do not bother to order from this company. They take forever to respond by either email or WhatsApp. You do not hear nothing back. The customer service has been quite poor. All I want is a replacement for my pram that broke. It’s not even been a year, how is it broken. Does anyone even get back to you.
Ordered over Christmas and arrived really quickly. The fiitmuff fits our Joie DXL Chrome fine and seems a good quality. Haven't used it out n about yet but considering ordering one for the pushchair at the grandparents.
The stair gate arrived promptly (in time for Christmas!) and was good value. Well made and finished. However I found the instructions unclear. For example the gate latch relies on the assembly being put in place and the thumbwheels tightened so that the frame is compressed, bringing the frame and the gate latch closer together. In hindsight you can see from the little diagram that there is a slight V between the frame and gate, but because the diagrams are very small and there is no written explanation, it's mainly down to trial and error. Would be much better with a step 1,2,3 written explanation. Also you'll need a cable tie or similar to secure the gate to the frame when not in use, otherwise you'll have a flapping gate on your hands when you try to move it! (And because the wall fixings are loose in the frame, you'll need to remove them and stash them safely for next time.) Still, all in all a good product.
The process of ordering and delivering was super easy and quick I got the pram a day later very sooner than expected. The pram itself is super handy and very well built it does not look or feel cheap and I have had four prams before this one. This pram was so comfy for the kids really good space for storage under the pram and although it looks big I actually went to many shops with narrow spaces and it fit through everywhere I went. I have to also mention, having had a twin pram before, this twin pram was so easy to push and it was so easy to guide that made me feel like it’s effortless to go for walks. When the pram folds it becomes compact and can stand properly up right and looks good. My kids were happy with it and has enough venting windows you can see your kids without the struggle of leaning forward and the window opens with a magnet so it makes it easy to open and close and no noise to wake the kids up. The two comments I have that could have been better is when you try to put the seat back up after they have had a nap that can be a bit tricky as it is a thread. The second thing is that it is a bit tricky when opening the pram to set it up, but once you get the hang of it, it will become easy to do so. It is just because it folds over it self and you have to turn it all the way 180 degrees. But generally, an excellent pram for the price and very good quality. Very happy.
Very poor customer service. Highchair shown in stock, waited 19 days and still no delivery. Their phone is almost always engaged. No response to voice message or emails. I contacted their supplier direct who apologised and sent me the highchair by express delivery. Shame this company couldn't have done the same. I won't be buying from this company again based solely on the lack of customer service and care for their customers. AVOID
Amazing value and customer service. I ordered a Doona stroller. First off, these guys were the cheapest I could find online. Secondly, I got my order 2 days after purchasing with standard delivery. All in all, a great experience. I've never heard of them before and was a bit hesitant ordering from them but I would 100% order from them again and recommend them to others.
