   Just wanted to say what a fantastic service Crystal Flowers provided. My Mom's funeral date had to be altered and we had been recommended to use C.F by the undertaker. Timing was not perfect because of the Bank holiday, but Deborah and all the staff pulled out the stops to accommodate our needs. The Floral tribute was stunning and helped make the sad day 'perfect' in other ways.    Two years ago Crystal Flowers did a blue and white teddy bear shaped floral tribute for my baby son’s funeral. It was so beautiful and lasted for a good few days. It was perfect. The ladies in the florists were so helpful and helped me choose what to have, as you can imagine it’s not something I’ve ever had to do before. With this in mind, I went back after the recent death of my uncle. I wanted to get two single white roses. One for my sister and my daughter who were unable to attend the funeral. Just a little sign for them to be a part of his final journey. And yet again they were so beautifully presented. My sister and daughter were so happy with what I had got for them and so was I. I would so highly recommend this florist. I’ve had to use them unfortunately for funerals. But if you go into the shop, they have a wide range of floral tributes for every occasion. Cards and other gifts. It’s smells incredible in there too with all the fresh flowers. I’m so glad you were recommended to me. Thank you.

   Lovely shop and Quality Flowers. I love the variety of floral presentations, recently had had some beautiful white Lily's from here as a present, the were gorgeous and lasted three weeks. Staff so helpful and supportive and if your buying flowers for a special occasion then this shop is certainly worth a visit.

   Contacted Crystal flowers for the first time last year for my Aunts funeral. Had absolutely no hesitation in using them again last month for my Uncles funeral. They were sensitive, they remembered me and my family and the flower arrangements they created were simply outstanding. They listen to your needs … then create.    I can highly recommend Crystal Flowers. I had three baskets made up for the beginning of December for my siblings, they were lovely, Most of the flowers were still looking great after 5 weeks. Then we have just had my mother’s funeral flowers from Crystal - absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. The staff are very friendly and caring.
