   Overpriced item and quite deceptive about the e-receipt. Was sold a pin that is £2 cheaper on amazon, my bad I shouldn’t have continued the transaction. The staff member on duty asked for my email address for the e-receipt, I asked not to be signed up for newsletters etc, to which she said ok, but she did it anyway. Review is based on the staff member’s deception, signing me up for something I didn’t agree with.

   Only.one member of staff on . She was piercing a childs ears... understand attention was needed there. But waited 10 mins to pay for £20 worth of goods. Gave up and put them back..

   Tidy and hygienic. Found it a bit crowded though and prices of items aren't displayed big enough for people who may have problems with eyesight, to read. All pricing is shown on the item but it is in very small print. Upfront and visible pricing will deter people leaving frustrated, when they have to wait to ask about pricing, while someone else is being served.

   I went to Wolverhampton mander centre store today. I was served by a fantastic American girl who not only looked like a fabulous glittery fairy but was sooooo good at her job!! I went in for one thing and left with six! She was quite the salesperson and really cheered mine and my friends day. Management material definitely if she's not already...give that girl a raise! Wish I knew her name...she's a star!
