    The shop itself is lovely and my experience was fine. Only reason it's three stars is due to being miss-sold batteries and due to the low quality of the toy for the price. I was told upon purchase that the toy "didn't come with batteries" and was offered two packs of double AA's for £5 which I accepted. Turns out the toy didn't come with batteries because the toy DIDN'T NEED batteries. I'm not saying the lady did this dilberatly but I was less than impressed. Also the toy itself was actually quite light, cheap thin plastic and basic for nearly £17

    We visited Yate Entertainer my daughter who has been been looking for mini Lego cars one in particular the staff gave her the box of cars to scan and the chap who worked there got the ones out of the window and the penultimate one was the one she was trying to find. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Thanks

    Absolutely amazing service from Nina this morning, she is credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond for us! Grabbing all the Squishes out of the window display for us (We needed quite a few for wedding gifts) she was awesome!.

    A good toy shop with friendly helpful staff. Their stock is aimed more towards under 15 year olds generally, no electronic toys. But a very good selection in the areas they cover.
