Lovely store and great staff. A young man named Ben went well out of his way to me and my daughter. Will definitely return and recommend 10/10
Collection is awesome but the staff misses general hygiene and ethics. I visited on last Friday, on asking if the other till wasn't working, the man was very rude and really made me uncomfortable. Despite I thanked him. You may speak well, dress well but never forget customer service! Truly a very bad experience!
The staff are always helpful here... They have a wide range of products and the store is always tidy. The girl at the till was very welcoming and happy.
I don't remember the name of the associate who served me but i want to say that these 5 stars are ONLY for him! The store messed around my online order I had placed to be collected from store, they had cancelled it the day I was due to collect and it was for my godsons birthday!!! This kind gentleman managed to locate most of my items and personally packed this up for me. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that wasn't his fault. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had got his name, this was on Tuesday 09th Jan. Please let this colleague know he was great
Like it's branch in watford this store is setting a very high standard for toy shops and customer services. A very good manager who's even when busy approachable friendly and helpful. All staff approachable and helpful good range of toys at despite the hard times reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and will be going many more times too! Thanks.

Needs to be organised better but large variety of toys and one of the few toy shops left in town so needs to supported
