   Received an aggressive debt demand from Gladstones relating to a parking charge I should never have received. I was a fully authorised hotel guest who followed all the rules, yet instead of investigating or checking the facts, they jumped straight to threatening legal action. No willingness to listen, no reasonable communication, just intimidation tactics over an invalid charge. Extremely poor conduct and a stressful experience for an entirely innocent motorist. One star.

   Absolutely useless solicitors, waiting minim of 2 weeks for any response regardless of how short and simple the response was. Don’t respond to when being chased, called or emailed. Incredibly rude and unprofessional when speaking to clients, estate agents and other solicitors. Save yourself the money and go anywhere else.

   This company texted my phone. I've took time off my day away from my work calling bk to have the phone hung up on me because I've asked who I'm talking to, for ref when I make a civil claim. Please leave me alone and remove my data as I definitely do not owe anyone anything in life. (I'd like to complain about the rude man with a scottish/Irish accent who refused to give a name when corresponding. The calls took place today between 4.30 and 5pm. You have enough information thier to not harass me again and remove my data as the number should be logged. Its definitely recorded on a 2nd phone on my end for evidence. Leave me alone now please. Thanks.

   If i could give it minus i would. They dont listen don't respond and then lie . When you tell them your address they completly ignore what you say even when you have overwhelming evidence they they are not clever enough to understand . I will not be paying and would rather take it to popla and the court .

   Tried contacting company and refusing a payment plan, spent 40 minutes on attempting to connect to an agent but no one answers the phone. Probably the worst solicitors I have ever spoken to. Told them about my mental health and how they have caused me to have suicidal thoughts with their harassment but they still won’t agree a payment plan because I can’t afford to live and the man on the phone was laughing at me. Disgusting company.

   Just found out I have a CCJ which had been put through from Gladstone, no warning whatsoever and no idea what it's for. Now have affected credit for 6 years, CURRUPTION at it's finest. Another perfect example of robbing hard working people, absolutely disgusting!

   Worst company I've seen I was interrupted during my explanation I did not try to create any debate but I tried to clarify my situation and my position. I was nice during the call and found myself a rude and arrogant person. No professionalism and no way to act on your case but directly in court. Unprofessional service. No email No Post communication. No answer until after 1 hour of waiting on call.Companies that abuse their position and the law to leverage and make money on people. No humanity or compassion, no professionalism. Very bad.
