   Wow, wow, wow!!! I've recently used a trainee at this practice, Bethan Duckworth, I'm well practised in the buying and selling of properties and Bethan already gets a clean 10/10 from me... Extremely efficient (and has even worked from home when off ill, which I don't promote, but deadlines have to be met for clients... Bethan is approachable, taking a direct, no nonsense, to the point approach, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional manner. I also had the practice manager call me on one occasion to discuss a complex and in depth issue regarding access and it's pro's and con's and explaining legal jargon in laments terms... The receptionists have always been nothing but helpful and Bethan secretaries, which young and (sounding) inexperienced were always acceptable at minimum.. I absolutely cannot recommend Bethan Duckworth highly enough, for a speedy no nonsense conveyancer you could not go wrong...

We were given confirmation of fees at the outset, we had confirmation of our instructions in writing within five working days, a reasonable estimate of the timescale required to do the work and information on storage/retrieval of our papers.
