Prices are reasonable & products are of good quality. Brought my little nephew many gifts from here, always has a smile on his face. Customer service is good, friendly & helpful staff.

walked in a few mins before close just to quickly check an item. whilst looking at it was rudely told “we’re closed now” i get it’s a friday and everyone wants to go home early but it’s just flat out rude when they’re still meant to be open for a couple mins.
The manager was really rude to us, they were many children making noise in the shop and she only came to us. The difference was that we are black. The kids were making even more noise than us but she only told us off. Will never go there again.

This is a shop that I've underestimated for a while now. I went in for the first time recently and I was very impressed. They are very organised and safe when it comes to social distancing. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The selection of toys is really impressive for a relatively small store. I liked the retro toys. The kids liked the more recent toys - TV or movie or video game related. Also there is a large selection of classic and novel board games. Basically something for everyone. I will visit this place far more often now.
