   I would highly recommend Mitchell Wilde LLP and Tom Mansel the solicitor who primarily represented my company in a recent dispute resolution. Whilst disputes can be particularly stressful, Tom left no stone unturned responding to emails and telephone calls promptly and efficiently whilst adopting a highly methodical approach to the dispute which was resolved in a critical timescale. I would most definitely use Mitchel Wilde again.

   I wish I'd read the reviews online before appointing Mitchell Wilde to handle a case for us as they've really wasted our time and money the last 6 months. I first visited in March when I handed a case filled with evidence and paperwork that I was told was strong and sufficient. Every other week, I'm being asked for the same information I provided from the offset and we're still no further with the case. I've dealt with 3 people in the firm now, from a trainee (most polite) to the owner. The owner Paul is extremely rude and none of their staff know any customer service, so I wouldn't suggest you ever question them on processes, paperwork or pricing as you'll get a snarky (if any) response. What a shame we had to go through all of this, we thought we'd found a local partner but I really want to protect other small businesses when I say, stay away.

   Somebody called Natalie Thorpe sent me an email attachment which contained multiple untruths and had someone else's home address on it. I wouldn't trust them.

   After calling this company for an update I was told no one available and the guy hung up on me Paul Mitchell was extremely rude. To the point where I had to drive to the office to discuss further. Avoid!

   Mitchell Wilde have successfully supported us with our legal issues for over 15 years. We do not hesitate to contact them as and when these problems arise. The issues are usually quite varied and unfamiliar to us. Mitchell Wilde have always explained the solutions in a straightforward manner that we are able to understand and that is important to us.

   Very pleased with the work and outcome of a very difficult case. All staff were helpful and explained each step allowing us to make well informed decisions. Their office was easy to get to and had good parking facilities. The cost seemed fair and manageable. .
