    Ordered a Unicab and they made us wait for half an hour, charged us more than a usual cab from DG Cabs then told us that our cab had already been delivered when it hadn’t, other people had taken our cab and there had been no checks in place. We ended up stranded in the rain, even though this company is meant to help students, very disappointed. Would advise against using this and instead using uber or just a normal cab.

    Usually good and reliable. But yesterday, I tried to cancel immediately after I booked it, and for several times and it didn’t let me, and then charged me for a ride I didn’t even take.

    It is the worst driver I have ever had!! He will charge you loading fee and some additional fees after you get up on his car. And his attitude is terrible. I will recommend you to take a uber instead!!!
