   I booked a taxi for Christmas evening to collect my Dad from mine & take him home, I requested that the driver please wait until he saw him go through his front door before driving away which he absolutely did and also helped him out of the car & took his bags for him, this was a service above and beyond, most drivers just want to go straight to their next job, I am sorry I don’t have the drivers name but I am very grateful to him

   Excellent service. Friendly and helpful drivers on two very short trips with luggage etc. We were treated as if we were hundred pound fares when we were going less than half a mile! Would highly recommend to anyone.

   This taxi company saved our holiday. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their staff are just great from the radio controller to the drivers, everyone was helpful, polite and I cannot thank them enough. Brilliant customer service. Local firm who care about their clients and want you to use them again. Cars were clean, drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. You could speak to a real human, rather than a machine or robot. If you have a problem it turns out the robot can’t help you and doesn’t understand. Reliability, when you book a taxi, especially for a time sensitive event this is the most important aspect of the whole booking. I would recommend this taxi company without hesitation.
