    Trucks have defects and managers are not interested and tell you to speak to the garage who are not in unit 8am, Get given a run sheet and expected to use own personal phone to use the smart hub app And find your own loads, then when you found them all, you then have to pull your truck round to be loaded after also telling the flt drivers where it all is When you run in to issues like having a truck with no internal controls for the tail lift, you are told to handball all load off the truck, and your on your own Pump trucks are not fit for purpose with clutch pedals to drop the pallet Rear Doors on majority of the trucks dont line up Heating is always on in the truck you get allocated, and no way of turning it down or off Trucks have breaking module faults and engineers dont have equipment to reset or find the faults If you like trucks that shears stink If not Iā€™d avoid like the plague

    Driver damaged my road with there truck digging all the tarmac up outside my house. Called and spoke to Richard Barratt (MD) he couldn't be less interested. So if you want a professional company think again!

    Another company I like working for - tend to leave you in peace and just have 1/2 tips for agency at least. Car parking is a bit of an issue mind you as the cars and trucks all park in the same area, so I use side roads nearby without any probs.

    Worked through an agency for them. They are a small family business so don't expect new wagons and trailers, The wagons are fit for purpose and work as they should, they can be a bit dusty etc and dirty but not enough to bother me. I've found despite me thinking it looked rough at first all the staff are polite and friendly and helpful if I had am problem on my route. They haven't dropped a job onto me on my way home like Taylors do making it a 13hr day. I've enjoyed my days with them but can't say what they are like as an employer

    After using this Company for over a year now for all our warehousing and deliveries, I can highly recommend them. The service from senior management down to warehouse staff has been superb and they can't do enough for you. A very good Company and very friendly staff.
