James and Jake delivered my sofas yesterday, they were so friendly, really professional and left with no mess. I was delighted, wanted to leave them a glowing review. Keep it up guys.
Unfortunately the greys driver i have seen is , being straight forward, thick. Why park a vehicle in front of a loading bay with a vehicle amost ready to leave and block his exit. If this thick driver parked a little way up the yard there was no problem. The driver did notice me but just ignored his actions. This action is pure thickness, lack of thought and ignorance.
We had 2x 18-ton lorries for a show at the NEC and the drivers were extremely professional throughout. The service levels were exceptional from start to finish – reliable, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
Arrived with 40ft container delivery. Fast enough tip, yes the yard is tight as mentioned on previous reviews, but had a member of staff watch the back end as I manoeuvred onto the bay. A simple process
Grays Transport arranged the delivery of my Lazboy 3 seater sofa ordered from Just Sofa Ltd. sending to my home. Grays sent me email a few days before delivery to confirm the delivery date, and they texted me 30 minutes before their arrival to my home. The delivery team was punctual and offered professional service to deliver my 3 seater sofa. One member of the team checked the route how they could deliver the sofa from the lorry to the designated place inside the house to make sure it was alright. They opened the package box outside my house and moved the sofa skillfully passing my back garden door then the kitchen door to go inside the house. Delivery team were friendly and easy to communicate with. They tidy up all the packing box and materials before leaving. I was very happy with Grays Transport delivery service.

If you are delivering furniture in a 45ft container, make sure you have 8 hrs to spare. I was booked for 11am, arrived at 10, sat on the road outside for 3 hrs, then another 4hrs on the bay. Great for me I'm paid by the hour.
Finally received the kitchen island ordered originally from Laura Ashley but fulfilled by Qualita. The delivery guys were courteous, professional and very careful to unpack the item and remove all packing. Great work guys.
