Shocking customer service. Damaged our property doing an inappropriate turn and will not respond to emails and very dismissive and rude on the phone. Avoid them
Great company and service. We have been using them to deliver our pallets. Jo is great.
Atrocious company. Avoid at all costs. Delivered a 150kg stove to my mother. Left it in the road, not on the pavement— in the road. Made numerous phone calls to resolve this, worried the police would tow it away, was promised a call back, never heard back from them. In the end we had to roller the stove off the road ourselves. 1 star is beyond generous.

Can't comment on the actual business but whoever organises their lorry routes needs a bit of a kick , regularly see these down lanes where they're told not to go and only this morning in a little village called ellastone there was on of their artics completely blocking the road completely oblivious to the fact he'd parked opposite residents parked cars so nobody could get past
