   We have had regular deliveries from this company recently, some on time some late. Yesterday really was the worst service possible! By 3.00pm I thought I would call my supplier to get an eta as we usually get an AM delivery. Our suppliers informed me the delivery eta was 16.30. By 18.30 it hadn’t arrived - no phone call, nothing!!! I went home thinking it would be first thing the next morning. so got to work at 7.00am It arrived at 11.00am. I understand things get delayed, but at least keep people informed! And before the reply “we tried to call “our client” but they had gone home” We are in 2022 - Google the recipient, & call them so that we know what is happening, and can the inform our clients!!

   Great service from this company, really friendly driver too, I think his name is Dave. We didn't answer our Ring Doorbell as it wasn't working which caused a few problems with delivery. However, he was really helpful and on re-delivery even asked exactly where we wanted the delivery on our property as we were all at work. Very professional (used for delivery of logs from logsforsale.co.uk)

   Jon and Mike delivered my Simba mattress this morning. I was allocated a time slot between 8-12am. They called me at 7 saying they can arrive within 10 minutes or wait around until 8am as previously scheduled. They arrived about 7.15am which was ideal for me as I didn't have to take any time off work. They were both very polite, nice and extremely helpful. They couldn't do enough for me, they fitted the mattress and explained everything in fine detail and also took the old mattress away, which was free of charge. All in all these were probably the best delivery drivers I have ever had deliver to my house. Mike and Jon keep up the good work, would definitely recommend to Silver X Logistics to anyone

   Daniel & Mike delivered our Simba mattress and bed this afternoon. We were given a 4hr delivery time slot this morning, we were then called by Daniel/Mick (not sure which one) giving us an approx time of arrival. Once they arrived they were both very friendly and took everything to the room we requested. They also took our old mattress away as part of the service. Couldn't have asked for anymore from these guys. They are terrific at their jobs and did it with very big smiles on their faces. I would love for everything I order to be delivered by them!!
