   One of the most dishonest and fraudulent company ever I have dealt with. I shipped some furniture from Lahore to London and despite the promises and tracking details given, the items were not delivered and they then asked for more money which despite being paid, the goods were not delivered. I am going to lodge a small claims court case against these fraudsters.

   Very poor and 3rd class service. When you call so their behaviour is unprofessional. I don't recommend to send any type of goods on them. They collect from me on November and its take more then 5 months and fails to deliver. I am attaching the photos what's the deliver. So please don't trust on them. They are scammer. On their website price is £1 per kg. And they charge me more then £2 per KG. Its all non electric items. Its just clothes and kitchen stuff. And 9 KG electric items they charge me more and they the quality of items which they delivered. All items is damaged and useless they waste my money and time. They didn't corporate. So please avoid these scammer its my request all brothers and sisters.

   Scammers. Don’t use this service ❗️ Very bad experience – totally untrustworthy! I sent my cargo from the UK to Pakistan through pak cargo and they took my items saying the next shipment was leaving tomorrow . It’s been over 15 days, and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. Now they don’t answer calls or reply to messages, even though they are clearly online on WhatsApp. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. We are also going to filed a case to police against them. I have all the chats and details available. I highly recommend not trusting them with your shipment – they will just take your goods and disappear. Worst service ever!

   Absolutely terrible service. I would never recommend this cargo company to anyone. They have completely lost my parcel, and no one is taking any responsibility. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but they never pick up my calls. When I finally got through to the UK helpline, they just gave me a number for someone named Fatima in Pakistan — all she keeps saying is that she “hasn’t received only one parcel,” which is completely unhelpful. What makes this even more suspicious is that the parcel wrapped in plastic was received, but the one that was normal taped has gone missing. What should I make of that? I paid a hefty amount for air delivery and was told my parcel would arrive in 10 days. That didn’t happen, and now my parcel is missing altogether. The lack of communication and accountability is absolutely disgraceful. Save yourself the stress — do not use this company.

   To start things off, this company has been extremely unresponsive, unhelpful and unprofessional. When they took my cargo from England, they first missed the pickup date, then took my cargo and dumped some strangers cargo in my house!!! Then they were very unresponsive to attempts to get them to pick up this strangers cargo from my house which isn't just unprofessional but downright disgusting conduct! I paid extra for air cargo thinking it would arrive in 10 days. Did it? NO!! The PK contact was about as unresponsive as you can get, when I received a portion of my cargo with items stolen and tried to contact them I found that their phone had been turned off!!! I labelled all of my cargo packages with numbers for their contents but I may as well have just thrown them in willy nilly because when I did receive a portion of my cargo it had been ransacked!! It looked like a wild animal had torn through all of my belongings and then thrown them together in a scrap box, sellotaped it up and sent it to me!!! My stress levels are sky high thinking about all the items I sent in cargo and have not yet received, I'm left wondering if these have been stolen and if I'll ever get anything back but I have no way of knowing because the PK contact will NOT RESPOND! This has been the worst experience of my life and I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to turn away now! Absolutely horrible service and I will be looking into reporting them to trading standards for this absolutely abysmal experience and legal action for my stolen belongings. Still cannot believe they thought it was appropriate to leave a strangers cargo in my house!! Update 5th Nov: Four months on....still have not received my cargo. To add to the stress levels, we received two boxes last week, (of the 64kg air cargo promised to reach in 10 days) which we opened up with huge excitement, only to find that they were actually filled with EMPTY cargo sacks??????
