   I was working for them a couple of years ago with my LTD Company as a Class 1 LGV driver for Lidl, I am a neurodivergent person struggling with depression, anxiety and so on , I was trying to maintain a sleeping pattern for my brain and they axed me. Disgrace of a company taking advantage of vulnerable people and no support whatsoever.

   Some of the shift managers talk to the staff like absolute cr*p - ' if you don't like what I'm saying then there is the door ! ' The place is a death trap where FLT's are nearlly colliding with each other all the time and other staff that are constantly in the FLT'S way ! More than half the staff cant understand English meaning they don't work to standards! Worse place ive ever worked!! God help the company's owner if Health and safety turn up unannounced and see what it's like as I'm pretty sure they would have no option but to shut the site !!

   A great place to work if you like everyday challenges. Delivery of milk to stores. Hundreds of delivery places, so if you like simple work, this is not for you.Permanent work even for the agency.
