   I have been using Mun Logistics (formerly Swiss Global) for a number of years now & I have always received very good service. Nothing in my past orders has ever been stolen or missing or improperly packaged. Not once. 'AJ' from Warehousing has often gone the extra mile for me when Amazon has sent me the wrong parcel. Steve from Customer Service has also gone above and beyond for me & has done exceptionally well to turn around delivery difficulties while Swiss Global were Re-branding. He deserves commendation. Yes, overall delivery times could be faster, but issues such as customs clearance, UK Brexit & post pandemic problems, airline & general strikes, etc, need to be factored in. Mun Logistics is also one of the most competitive & reasonably priced freight forwarding companies I've experienced. Thank you Mun Logistics & well done!!

   Don't use this company. It was Swiss Global, but now it's called Mun Logistics. Eddington Munatsi who is the owner, told me privately that they are bankrupt, they lost Zimbabwe, and their only hope is Malawi. This was after I told them I had parcels to send. What they care about is u get to send them items and pay them, and once you pay it's over. Try this. Lie to them that you have parcels to send to their warehouse, and see how quick and nicely they will reply to u. They will Infact tell you that the shipment will leave immediately after you pay, try this. DON'T USE MUN LOGISTICS formerly known as SWISS GLOBAL

   I used them in 2021 a couple of times and delivery was quick and had no complaints. Tried to use them again Dec 2022, all I have been given are stories- as I write this am not sure where my parcel is,its really unfortunate and unprofessional. Oh I questioned them a couple of times on fb and they deleted my comments and blocked me..smh....I have reached out to Ed privately and he has chosen to ignore me... Don't use them at all..the headaches are not worth it.

   Previous times using this company were okay, but this year they were so awful that I doubt anything would convince me to use them again. Communication isn't just bad, it's nonexistent, it feels like they're saying "give us your money and get lost, you'll get your stuff IF and when we decide we want to give it to you." Had to go into their office multiple times to eventually get some of my things, not everything was delivered, part of my order is still missing and I have been thoroughly brushed off by the staff and the owner Ed as well. Looks like I will never get the outstanding items I paid good money to have brought in, my calls and messages are thoroughly ignored. Not happy, wouldn't recommend under any circumstances.

   Until recently this company traded as Swiss Global. There are many many customers in Zimbabwe who have been waiting a year to receive their goods. We have been fed many different “stories” as to where our goods are located and what the delays are with no tangible evidence provided. We have been advised the company trading as Swiss Global is now under “administration” yet they continue to trade under this new name. Unless you want to pay for something and possibly never receive it, DO NOT use this company.
