Not great service so far. Ordered a rug in November; the order confirmation came quickly but I had to chase for the confirmation of despatch but did not include a tracking number, which again I had to chase for. The delivery seemed to be stuck in Germany fairly soon after that. I have now been chasing and chasing for my rug for which I was told first I will get a response the same day (no response) then that they understood my frustration but no response to any subsequent mails. I am currently very annoyed and frustrated. I had bought it for a Xmas present and have had to buy a new one. If anybody is reading this let me know if there are any other review website as unless anything is done I am currently planning to make it my mission to put bad reviews and feedbacks about Petit Home everywhere I can.
