   I spoke to the manager about a return issue with the site I was having, the manager made comment he said the line s not good and I said my lines is perfectly fine wen I am talking to everyone else he responded and said u didn’t have to say that, I feel this was rood, uncalled for I feel he s mean and spiteful he shud said sorry about the line but he didn’t want to be nice.

   Got to say I've only ever been into Sports Direct because I have no other choice... however... the branch in St. Austell has totally changed my mind. The customer service was outstanding. It was busy as but that didn't stop them going above and beyond. I went in for a pair of rugby boots for my son but left with new running shoes for me, a new tee and shorts for both myself and my wife and my wife also bought a new swimming suit. Honestly, the perfect example of how great customer service changes everything. I couldn't be happier to have dropped a huge chunk of cash with these guys! Brilliant stuff.

   Been to store to purchase a pair of trainers unfortunately had the price wrong and advertised went to purchase the item from assistant manager he went to get the shoes and on return said the price was different at £20 more expensive i was a bit upset by this and asked for the advertised price but he got very upset over talked me and said he doesn't care thats the price he was very rude and un sure of his legal knowledge of selling it at the advertised price. Totally rude and very un professional!!!!

   Staff were rude on a return visit to change size of top that was purchased as a gift. They informed me to go and change it myself. Using the long broom handle and hook. As they never had time . It was as if once they had my money they was not bothered about me and just looking for new sales. Is it normal practice to say to a costomer go get it your self on the highest level aswell. Rubbish service. No training. Money grabbers.

   Awful experience buying some trainers today. I was met by a blonde lady - incredibly rude and discourteous! I asked about sizes and she grunted at me, when she returned she ignored a number of questions or responded sullenly and without any interest or support. Finally she told me off for trying to get one of the other shoes to look at again. I told her how disappointed I was with the customer service and rather than apologise she offered another sales agent who was more pleasant at least. The worrying thing is that I think the lady in question was a manager at the store?!? I won’t be shopping here again.

   I purchased a pair of Airwalk trainers, when I got home I noticed that they were defective. One was a bit lopsided and just didn't feel right. When I returned them to the store I was told exchange or store credit only no refunds (even though I had a receipt) As for the faulty trainers they were put back out on the shop floor.

   2 very helpful chaps helped me.to fine the correct football boots and Nike boys shoes for my son. We went through several but they were patient and helpful. Girl at the top was friendly and polite. Great service many thanks
