   Terrible service.i phoned and asked about Sebago Cronus boat shoes. They confirmed they were in stock. I drove 30 miles to be told they don’t stock them. No apology, they clearly did not care about the inconvenience caused. As a boater I have been a very regular customer for years. Never again.

   Amazing customer service. Having quite awkward shaped feet I dreaded getting some new shoes. Talking to Lucy was brilliant. She helped me decide between boots, trainers and shoes as well as being very accommodating when it came to trying a variety of sizes. Would definitely recommend.

   I found one of the staff seemed to find it hard to be helpful, I asked him a question about alternative solutions and his reply was, that's what we've got and promptly waked off. This was regarding a safety critical fixing on my boat. The other staff were however very good. I am adding here that after reading other reviews there are 2 types responses, very good and bad. I am again needing parts for my boat and will be servicing both engines soon. Unfortunately I will look elsewhere first which is not great for your store.

   Visiting from abroad and had scheduled a visit, as nothing like this is available at home; I wasn't disappointed. They not only had everything I needed, they had multiple variations in stock. Everyone was lovely, welcoming and so helpful. Kudos to Matt, who was so patient with the many things to choose from and who had me laughing as I spent my hard earned pennies and thanks to Astrid for setting me safely on my way - good luck in your next adventure. If I'm back in the area ever, I will definitely re-visit!

   Plymouth store disappointing once again. They have the stock and a convenient location, but everyone is always just so miserable and unhelpful. The store of last resort for when the other friendlier shops don't have what you need, and online isn't fast enough.
