   Excellent service and product. One of the few places it is possible to purchase a ME Kongur MRT jacket. Sam and Jim's product choice speaks positivity about their experience, values and credibiliy. Lovely to speak to also.    My first visit to Basecamp Princetown was like a small child in a sweet shop. Unknown to me...Jim was outrageously experienced with the equipment and clothing for sale in the store. I asked for technical footwear and gave him my reasons for such. To discuss the advantages or disadvantages of each item on sale would take some time so Jim bounced a boot that ticked every box on my list. The next item was a water source filter...no problem...as Basecamp don’t stock rubbish gear and my shopping list was complete. With boots aboard I was looking down from a Tor within 30 minutes. So impressed with no nonsense replacement boots the next day when another less technical pair of boots were purchased. A manufacturing error that Jim and Sam sorted within minutes. This is where Basecamp went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and confident with the whole experience. Customer service you pray for...and they deliver.

Jim is the most knowledgeable person on expeditions, especially to the colder regions... if you need help and advice, pop in.
