Just completed my ACS renewal course and examinations at Focus Plymouth, very satisfied with the quality of the course and the friendly/approachable staff especially Adam and Tom. I suffer from severe exam stress and Tom gave me all the time and encouragement I needed, without actually giving you the answers he was able to point me in the right direction and let me calm down, this enabled me to be able to pull the relevant information from my brain. So without panicking I was able to show my true knowledge and understanding of the topics being examined. The reception and admin staff were also very helpful and accommodating especially Scott. Overall couldn't recommend them enough
I found the course very interesting, however the instructor Mike i found was very clear in explaining the information. P.s I've heard he's great a fisherman
My first year as an apprentice has been a really positive experience. I’ve learned so much not just about the job, but about myself too. The support from my tutors and workmates has made a big difference, especially when things felt challenging. I highly recommend this college, I’ve gained confidence, picked up new skills, and feel like I’m on the right path. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited to see what the next year brings.
