Called in today the office is absolutely beautiful and the Girl Mo was very helpful i would recommend Terra Travel and they have fantastic offers.
Booked a holiday with Sheila for me and a friend, a few other friends booked online after us for the same place. I paid extra for an upgrade room which I didn't get. The hotel was for an older crowd and I've no idea why she would have put us in a hotel where the average age was 99. I rang Sheila and she disagreed with everything I said. This is why I'll only ever book online ever again. Shame off you, not only did you lie, but you never once tried to help. And to think, she's a manager I believe. Can't wait for your reply to watch you defend your lies.
Outstanding travel agents!! Damien looked after my friend and I on our trip to florida last year, nothing was too much hassle, no problem to big, he was so professional and put our minds at ease! We had an amazing girls trip thanks to Damien!

I went in here three separate times to try and book a holiday but the staff didn't seem to want to help. They did input information into the computer but I was told that they didn't have anything? I felt like they didn't want my money... Or maybe I just wasn't going to be spending enough? I'm not sure, but I don't think I'll be back
Can highly recommend this company tho especially Leanne she is amazing has the patiences of a saint . Has always been able to find great holidays and brilliant prices tailored to my needs whether it be a family holiday or couples .
