Made the mistake of visiting the toilets before my food was being prepared. All toilet bowls were dirty and looked like they had not seen a proper clean in months. I reported my complaint to the young lady serving and suggested tactfully and quietly that ' perhaps your bowls could use a little bleach' to which she retorted 'were not allowed to use bleach! Angrily. No mention of 'thankyou for pointing this out. We are sorry to hear this or any sense of customer respect in the interaction. Just a defensive retort. Now, im not one to complain but even without bleach you should not be seeing beige and brown old stains in a toilet. Esp not one in a food premises. I appreciate they are a fast food restaurant but i still expect some level of customer service. I would NOT visit here again based on their inattention to hygiene and customer service and cant even be bothered taking my complaint to management as her comment told me everything i needed to know about how complaints are dealt with in their restaurant.

We have been to the drive through a few times now at around 7pm and at reasonable times. It’s closed but advertised as open till 11pm online? There was one man in there who we asked is it open a couple times and he rudely shook his head and just looked at us until we left the car park.

2 hours on a delivery for 4 burgers. Weren't even that nice being honest. Service is awful. Can't get hold of anyone when you try to call, nobody has the manners to call you. Just disgusting

Michael and Anthony opened up the store early for me as I was passing and called the store because the app was down. Everything was cooked fresh to custom order and they were super friendly and professional. Store was immaculate throughout and food was perfect. They clearly take a lot of pride in their store and in their work. Would give 6 stars if I could!
