   Good morning all. I was just at the one stop at 89 Westerleigh Rd, Yate, Bristol BS37 4BN. And I must admit that I was disappointed today. I and others are normally greated and assisted with haste and care. How ever today was not the case. My self and a lady where waiting to be served at the checkout but no one came for a little bit. A person by the Name of Arron (maybe wrong spelling) was happily chatting to someone in the stock room with the door wide open. I asked if my self and the lady could be served. Which didn't gain a apology note any recognition. All I saw was that the person spoke into the head set and someone else came to help. Frankly this is extremely poor service and manners. This individual needs a refresher course on how not to be a Richard. Hope this reaches someone that can help. 28 November around 9:15/20

   We frequently shop at One Stop Yate Westleigh. There is an older worker called Sue who puts the self scan machine out of action, or scans something and leaves it waiting for assistance during her whole shift. She says this is because the corporate office keeps giving them less hours because more people use the machine. This causes long lines for all us customers. It adds an extra 5-10 minutes in queue wait time, every single day - and annoys a lot of your customers.

   Excellent female member of staff. She noticed I had a parcel in my hand and immediately apologised that I couldn't drop it off because their bag was full. However, she said I could still use their printer to get the label and suggested I take the parcel to Tesco Express, advising that she knew their printer didn't work. I'd never used Evri in that store before, which she could tell, so she directed me to the machine and gave instructions. After printing my label, I was about to leave the store when she stopped me to advise she could now take the parcel from me as the Delivery Driver had just turned up. A lovely surprise to have such great customer service. Makes me want to shop there again.

   Always nice staff but as others have mentioned it's nowhere near as good as the other one stop which is now rebranded to tescos. The layout is very narrow and the till area is crowded and never clear on direction of queues. Whole store needs a complete refurb.

   The staff are somewhat superior, which leaves some customers not feeling welcome. However, as it is my only local corner shop, I will continue to shop here.

   This One Stop is in a good location but at peak times trying to get out of car park onto the Westerleigh Road when there’s a lot of traffic can be difficult if no one lets you out. I would say this One Stop is no where near as good as the other One Stop in Yate off of Wellington Road. I feel like the layout of this One Stop could be much better/improved and it is extremely crowded with stock by the till area. The hand rail outside needs fixing as it is very wobbly and the whole store could do with a bit of a refurb to make it better. The staff are friendy.
