   Didn't have suitable sized bags for prescription medications. Collected latest prescription after second text as first text confirmed awaiting one medication. Appreciated the initial text confirming receipt of script. Meant I didn't need to check script issued by surgery. Thanks.

   This branch of Boots could not be any better, they are so helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when needed. Clare the pharmacist cares as does every member of the Team there. I don't know all their names but well done and thank you for doing all you do everyday for the community. You're great.

   If you order something like nappies for your child and you have been told that they aren't getting them so you order them because you need hem then you get a message your not getting them but you order 3 and there is exactly 3 on there shelf the next day but I can't have them because I have to wait until they get them again because they took my nappies because they didn't order them and I know because I was told that you might not have hem in for a while but as soon as you buy 3 to collect in store they have 3 packs and some staff are just rude.

   Awful pharmacy. I went in a good few years ago to buy canesten cream for my lips which had, at the time recently been stocked on shelves instead of having to be prescribed. They refused to sell me it even though it was behind the service desk with a price tag. My husband then went in today as I haven't been well to get me anti sickness tablets, something that you can buy over the counter anywhere with no issues, and they refused him?! They said no we can't sell you that she needs to go to the doctor but we can sell you dioralyte for her incase she gets dehydrated. Awful awful service. You can buy anti sickness tablets anywhere with no issues but this place just makes everything so difficult. Avoid at all costs.

   It has as good a range as you could expect in a shop this size. Most of the staff are lovely though do find some patronising and disorganised at times. Lots of baby related products so useful for parents.

   Handy for picking up prescriptions, they can organise to pick them up from certain doctors if you enquire within! Sometimes you get good deals on toiletries and fragrances and reduced stock! The staff are all lovely and helpful :)

   Frustrating place. Even if I arrive early, and there are no other customers, it takes an age to get my prescription filled. The pharmacist(s) always seem overworked, though always friendly and helpful. The products on sale are extremely expensive in comparison with other shops.
