   10 minutes to discuss what music artist they prefer.... Still no prescription.. then ask me again... Still waiting 10 minutes later whilst they discuss songs ... The script was sent last week.. Absolutely shocking.. any wonder it's never busy ..

   Every month fails to pick up repeat prescriptions for me. If I could give nil stars I would. Leave me with meditation for few days and say nothing they can do. Not very helpful at all.

   Absolutely pathetic service Iv been getting scripts fir 7 years which is for kidney transplant meds co-op had them ready on time every month Well chemist don't know what they are doing when I ring to see if they are ready every month us the same they tell me they have nothing , THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GET A SCRIPT FROM THE DOCTORS AT ABOTTS CROSS MED PRACTICE they are unprofessional in every aspect an don't know what the heck they are doing

   This pharmacy has gone downhill rapidly since changing from co-op to Well, everytime I try to collect repeat prescription there is always some issue or other, even phoning ahead to make sure everything is there told yes it's here only to call round to be told there's nothing here as their driver hasn't returned and won't be back until later in the day.. joke

   This pharmacy has went rapidly downhill since the last chemist left. Not enough staff, absolutely no management or organisation whatsoever. Scripts sent from Doctors 5 days earlier still not ready. Even phoned to enquire if it was ready and was told they'd do it now, ready to collect in 10 minutes. I called in 4 hrs later and it still wasn't completed, then had to wait another 15 minutes to collect it. Worse pharmacy ever. I'll be asking the GP surgery to change my prescriptions to another local shop from now on. Pathetic service that cause folk more stress and anxiety and delays their medication. Pity I couldn't give ) stars.

   Just been to attempt to pick.up.prescription. Closed because pharmacist out. I know it is ready because they messaged me so no pharmacist needed. It's not the first time something similar has happened. It now means another car journey because we are not near.
