   My first choice pharmacy and cosmetic/toiletries shop for years. All the staff have always been helpful and friendly, pharmacists and counter staff. It is at times extremely busy on the pharmacy end but is to be expected for such a popular store but it doesn’t stop you going back, especially when Liz is on and greets you with her beautiful smile and caring nature.

   This branch has recently re-vamped their store and it is more practical in every way. Shelves are full of all medical remedies and cosmetics galore. Staff, as always, very helpful and friendly.( Even with this darn face masks). I would highly recommend a visit.

   Its not even worth 1 star,,,has to bd the worst Chemist in Belfast,, i have always had to come back at least 3 times before I receive my prescription,, and every other customer is in the same boat,,, its terrible,,,i havd never heard anyone saying anything good about this Chemist,,,,i wouldn't give it any ratings,,,,"Rubbish"...

   Absolutely appalling customer service in this pharmacy. Several times I’ve called to get a prescription only to be told they don’t have the whole amount and I need to come back another day. In anticipation of this I have started to ask if they have the whole prescription when I hand it over and I have made staff aware if they don’t I will take it to another pharmacy rather than call back another day. So I called once again to get a prescription cashed in, asked if they had the full prescription, waiting 35mins only to be told their system was down and they had only part of it. I asked for the prescription back to take it elsewhere but because they had dispensed part they couldn’t give it back. They refused to send it to another Boots nearer my home so I was left with no choice but to return to that store another day. And surprise, surprise when I called back after phoning to check my medication was there, they didn’t have it! They finally agreed to send it to another Boots but we’re desperately trying to get me to wait in at home the next day for it to be delivered. Guess, what! After 2 phone calls from them they got their way. I ended up waiting in and it was delivered at 5.50 pm!!! Woeful! I will not be back.
