I didn't even get her name but the girl with like split died hair was really helpful and kind, helped explain the boots pharmacy online thing to me and made me feel comfortable and cared for!

Pharmacy department very helpful didn't have an item so phoned another branch nearby and I was able to get it same day
I went about a week ago and the line was long and there was one person on all the tills. I put back what I was planning to buy and walked away. Maybe this was just a one off, but it was really frustrating because I was in a rush.
