Very poor service. No regard or accountability for missing important prescription collections and no remorse while reception lies by saying ' we asked they didn't hand the script in' 'all we can do is ask'. 4 weeks of prescriptions delayed. Will not be going back here.
Michael, Stephen and the rest of the staff are the most friendliest, welcoming and understanding people. They consistently go above and beyond. A credit to North Belfast habimg such a wonderful service here. I
I don't know how anyone could find the staff here incompetent. I have been using them for years. Always friendly and helpful. Though usually very busy, the pharmacists are always able to give good advice . I would never go anywhere else.

I hate to be negative but this place is a group of incompetent airheads. The entire staff are always so slow and take forever to do anything. Personally I have had a few unpleasant experiences with the staff here, being rude and not giving all off my medicine. Because of this it's left me to make multiple visits for no reason. Their driving that collects the scripts is completely unfit for the job as nearly every time I call I hear "we don't have your script, the driver hasn't came yet". Unfortunately this place was never like this until it was taken over by new management. The place is a joke an absolute Mickey Mouse operation.
