Came in store ordered the party meal good amount for price! Freshly made staff were lovely polite and kept updating me how long would be waiting! Kids had milkshakes whilst waiting they tasted amazin! And the food is very nice too!
Ordered full peri peri chicken lemon and chilli flavour meal with vegetable rice advertised and extra peri peri chips. When i arrived home the chicken was dry no sauce or flavour at all and literally half container of brown rice nothing like what advertised. I called the shop back and all I got was a sorry and next time we can sort it out. Absolutely awful food and awful customer service.
Food was rancid. The wings literally stunk and put us off the whole meal. The strips had 0 flavour. Chips were nice tho
On 14th July 2025, my husband purchased a meal from Rooster Chicken, 399 Aspley Lane, Nottingham, including Fried Chicken, Peri Peri, Fillet, and Chips. While eating, I discovered a piece of steel scrubber inside one of the chicken pieces, posing a serious health risk. This contamination could have caused severe injury if swallowed, particularly for young children or vulnerable individuals. I returned to the shop on 15th July to report the issue directly. A staff member initially acknowledged it was their mistake and offered a refund, replacement, or other compensation. However, the manager denied responsibility and dismissed the matter, stating, “You can report it, I don’t care.” The same staff member who admitted fault reversed their statement in front of the manager. Such a response reflects a troubling disregard for food safety and public health. Given the number of families and students who frequent this location, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I am reporting this not for compensation but to raise awareness and urge proper action to prevent future harm.

We ordered 6 whole chickens and everyone who tried them was very happy. Prices were very reasonable so definitely will go back.

Eaten from here a good few times now and must say the good is great. Great prices always comes hot and fresh. Delivery driver is nice and polite and the phone manner is excellent. Would recommend to anyone that likes chicken. I tried the gourmet burger and was the best one I've ever tasted my other half had the full chicken and said tastes great and wasn't dry. Will be keeping this take away as my favorite.
Roasted and fried chicken. Lots of variety and options for chicken spicy. Affordable and bargain bundle with chicken. Delicious and yummy for small group. Should come and try here.
This is a little gem not far from our house. Good quality burgers, wings and chips. Everything tastes very fresh. They use real chicken fillet and not the disgusting processed patties in their burgers. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. My son has been a regular ever since they have opened.
