   Appalling customer service. It is a relief and also very unfortunate to read other 1 star reviews, particularly those that mention the rude and sour faced woman with dark hair that works in the pharmacy. I came in to enquire about driving licence photos and I would have been better getting more friendly conversation out of a brick. So unhelpful. The shop itself looks like a sad excuse for a chemist. Bare, cold and lifeless, just like the staff.

   Everytime I come in to this pharmacy the female pharmacist is so rude and dismissive. A very uncomfortable experience. The new fella they have hired is much better and excellent customer service! Now I always ask if David is in to help me out

   Honestly the nicest customer service experience I’ve ever had. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pharmacist spent time with me to explain exactly how my medication should be taken. I had been to another pharmacy before hand and did not feel welcome at all. This was so different. Certainly using this pharmacy for all my needs

   Pharmacist was rude, unhelpful and wouldn’t make eye contact. I understand people have off days but you can still be professional. Visited another Pharmacy further up the road and they were excellent.

   I have went to this chemist over many years and these past few months I can not believe the disrespect and the rudeness of the two women who work at the prescription desk. (Pharmacist and whatever the other black haired woman's job title is). It should be salty, sour faced assistant. I can't comment what had gone on due to work privicy but if you read the reviews on "yelp" it is negative towards these two women also. It really is a pity as the other pharmacist goes out of his way to assist you and the the women who work at the front say hello and goodbye each time.
