   I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 40 years as I grew up in Rathcoole but live in Belfast. The staff always very helpful . Until today i will never be back. The girl was very rude to me and never once turned around to face me. That says it all. l live in Belfast so only went to them as I did when I was younger. That girl should be very careful of the way she talks to customers otherwise she'll be OUT.

   Wife has been using this chemist for years with no problems until this year when it has went down hill really badly. They normally don't have your prescriptions and blame the medical practice even though they ( med practice) have already told me that it was sent out to the chemist the week before in some instance. Had enough running back and forward, and have told the doctors to send future prescriptions to a different chemist. It's just a pity as some of the girls that work there are lovely.

   This place has went downhill dramatically over the last couple of months. never have your tablets when you order them. blame the doctor surgery but it's always there fault. 2or3 staff members are fantastic the rest have attitude especially the tall one with the glasses.
