I had trouble finding a chemist that stocked a specific prescription. I phoned McCoubrey's and a lovely lady ordered it. I had it later that day, which was a relief and much appreciated. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Was refused an emergency supply of my medication unless I PAID for it. I fail to see how a pharmacist can be unaware of the Emergency Supply Scheme. I suggest they educate themselves and when someone like me who was too many miles from home, requires their prescription medication, they follow the Northern Ireland guidelines which can simply be found online .... "This core pharmaceutical service will be provided under Regulation 2252 of Human Medicines Regulations (HMR) 2012: Emergency Supply at the Request of a Patient"
