I have had re-accuring runny nose and I’ve been sneezing on and off for around 3 weeks. rather than take up valuable NHS time .I went to Criossin’s chemist and asked the blonde /grey short haired woman behind the counter if she had something for a runny nose, she said “No” I repeated in disbelief “you have nothing for a runny nose?” “No” she answered again ??? She never asked me about the symptoms or if it was allergies. This was so unhelpful, kinda rude if I’m being honest. I’ve never in my 54 years on this earth been to a chemist that couldn’t recommend something for a runny nose. I walked down the street to the next pharmacist who actually cared about my problem and sold me tissues, Actifed and antihistamine's. I would hate to think that someone like this was representing my business especially when people are ill and asking for help or advice . Let alone the fact that I ended up spending my money elsewhere. I hope the owners see this review cos I won’t be Crossin the door again!
I'd been using another local pharmacy for over 30years but lately had been let down by them. I happened to visit Crossin Pharmacy and was delighted by the efficiency, kindness , and professionalism by all members of staff so l changed chemists and l can honestly say I'm sorry l didn't do it long ago.
