   Completely incompetent. They claim to not have your script from the GP and make you chase them for an entire week for medication for a life threatening condition and don’t even respond when the GP themselves phone. An absolute disgrace. I’ve used this chemist for a year now and every single month there is a problem even with absolute basic common medications not being available, or a script taking two to three extra days after it’s presented. I will not be back and will be pursuing a formal complaint.

   Absolutely disgraceful when scripts getting pick up from your doctors. My mother tablets where order on a Wednesday meaning her tablets where suppose to be ready Friday. But no they weren't was told Tues morning guess what no tablets my mother sitting with no medication from Friday disgraceful behaviour not to be trusted with people's prescription.
