   Stood at the pharmacy counter with baby items & to buy medicines & tablets for holiday sadly the thin woman brown short hair in ponytail navy uniform on yelled I'm busy go to till at front off shop , why would I do that when you clearly see me standing pregnant with a child in a pram at a medicine counter & yet again there was no one on at the front till to busy packing shelves & I wasn't the only customer to walk out will never be back this is twice I've had problems with the pharmacy counter

   I had such a great experience at Boots, thanks to Nakita. She was super helpful she showed me exactly what I was looking for but also had recommended better options. She also helped me set up my Advantage Card, which was so easy with her help. Nakita was really friendly and professional the whole time, and she made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I came in today to restock on basic’s for first aid - this included aspirin. The lady behind the counter who was helping me decided she was the gatekeeper for aspirin which dumbfounded me because purchasing aspirin was never an issue for me. I told her it was for pain relief and I wanted to purchase both options - she asked me if i was breast-feeding which wasn’t her business regardless of her esteemed credentials. Purchasing aspirin needn’t be so difficult - neither should I have to answer to anyone as an autonomous adult. In america you can purchase aspirin on the go at your local gas station, but if you go to Boots expect to answer to a troll on a power trip.

   Was in the castle court branch today and was served by Claire. I was buying vitamin sprays and didn’t realise it was a three for two offer, Claire explained this and even went and got me the third spray . I was even allowed to utilise the £5 voucher which was an added bonus. Thank you Claire for your patience and professionalism.

   Went here today to pick up a prescription for myself. It was my first time ever getting a script from here but the pharmacist was so helpful and lovely to be so early in the morning I mean it was 9am only opened I think I was the 1st customer. I had a look round afterwards and its a small shop but well stocked and everything you would need. Quite spacious and airy pleasant to walk around.
