   This place is great. The team went out of their way to welcome us and allowed us to bring future granny’s and grandad along to see our miracle. The sonographer was lovely and really knowledgeable, telling us all about little bump and what we were looking at. We went home and received all images and videos to email as part of the experience. Really was a lovely afternoon and brilliant place.

   Baby refused to get in a good position for the scan so they rebooked us to try again for free and we got some good pictures. Lovely to see baby in 3D, and reassuring to know he's doing well. Staff all really friendly and helpful.

   I had lovely experience during my first pregnancy with the Nottingham branch so I decided to go back this time round for some scans to check on the baby wellbeing. I booked for a mid week scan and unfortunately due to a road accident on our journey which we weren't aware of, it caused a major delay even though we have left home early and I've arrived 10minutes late. I tried calling to inform the branch but it goes to the central head office instead. I appreciate that they are fully book for the day and will not to fit me in for the day as I was late for my appointment. However, I weren't offered a reschedule because of the package that I've bought and there's nothing they can do about it. I was really surprised with the outcome as I would imagine they would have reschedule me in for a different day or time because it is something totally not within my control nor doing it intentionally.
