    Rotted fruits delivered-oranges, peelers and pears; replaced items even though refund was selected. Phoned store before pick only to be told they were having a busy day and by the time I said about the item to be refunded the courier was allowed to collect the delivery bag. The person on the phone seemed upset that I was phoning and kept saying they were busy; then ended by saying put the replacement item in the bin there was nothing she could do about it. Waste of money because none of the fruits are edible.

    There is a female staff member with a round face and glasses in the store. She doesn't know how to manage customers. Her behavior is very bad. The lady staff behaves as if the customer has come to steal something. Very bad behavior.

    The store is great, but the new 'pistachio' flavoured Costa coffee from the machine isn't. There's no flavour, it's just very sweet. Don't waste your money. #Costacoffee #pistachioflavour

    This shop is very well stocked. I don’t know the name of the guy who always give change saying for example £5 and ten pennies. He is amazing and if I owned my own business would give him a job. He’s great.

    This local shop is so handy as I can call in on my way home. And how do they manage it? From only a couple of aisles stock most items needed when you run out when you don't fancy the main weekly shop.
