Before returning to London, I enjoyed a simple but delicious meal in the airport VIP lounge. The VIP lounge is simply yet elegantly decorated, very vibrant, and the environment is very comfortable. Surprisingly, the food quality is of such high standard that it can be compared with some airline VIP lounges. I was deeply impressed.

Staff were amazing. Efficient, communicative, friendly and respectful. I really appreciate how they were with me. I had a family emergency and I had to get back to Scotland. Unfortunately my flight was delayed for around 6 hours. I spent three hours in the aspire lounge on Tuesday 15th July and honestly it was one of the kindest experiences I’ve ever had. Every single member of staff on that day were so kind and supportive. They were so professional with other guests and attentive to other people’s needs. My flight was out last and I ended up being the last remaining guest. My flight kept getting delayed and some of the staff talked to me, reassured me and even enquired for me. I didn’t expect them to that but they did. I don’t use lounges at all in fact that was only the second time in 38 years. I have a bad lower back and truthfully having comfier seats and calm environment was worth me paying the price for 3 hours which I have to say is very affordable. All round everything was excellent and I’d highly recommend it! Thank you again to the amazing team there, I don’t get emotional in front of people but the kindness they showed me in the face adversity made dealing with a sick parent more manageable.

The staff are so friendly and nothing is any bother to them, super clean lounge A great selection of drinks available. The food was nice but there wasn't really much of a selection at the time we went there but apart from that we really enjoyed our time there. Keep up the great work team.

What a gem of a lounge! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting—exactly what you want before a flight. The space is bright and modern, with big windows looking out over the runway (and yes, you can even spot the Harland & Wolff cranes in the distance, which is a nice touch of Belfast charm). The food really exceeded my expectations. I dropped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find a full Irish breakfast on offer—fresh, hot, and actually delicious. They also had plenty of snacks, scones, and drinks available throughout. The self-serve bar had a great variety too, from coffee and soft drinks to wine and spirits. The staff were lovely—friendly, attentive, and happy to help. I also really appreciated the mix of seating areas: comfy booths if you want some privacy, open tables for working or eating, and even spots with charging points. It felt thoughtfully set up. If you’re flying out of Belfast City Airport, I highly recommend stopping by the Aspire Lounge. It made my wait feel more like a treat than a chore.

One of the best airport lounges i have ever been in! The fitout is spot on class, plenty of relaxing seats overlooking samson and goliath. The food choices are delicious and if you are there in the afternoon or evening then a fantastic range of drinks with local bushmills and guinness. There are booths as well as a dedicated quiet room, and a side access so you walk straight onto the flight.

Staff are great, longe is very comfortable with plenty of space. The drink available is good but the food is terrible. Not even a tray of sandwiches. When you consider the choices at other airports, this is well below par. Crisps, cheese and biscuits, soup if you time it right and scones. That's about it.

Satisfactory choice of beers, wines and spirits. Food choices are very poor. Today we have chunks of unappetizing looking cake, luke warm tomato soup, scones or cheese and crackers. Nothing that would constitute a meal. August 2022. The Aspire lounge has now taken over the old British Airways lounge and is far better. The food is still very basic but it's more comfortable.

A good range of seating options, most with power and USB sockets. Nice view. Basic but adequate range of food (hot eg soup or Chicken a la king and rice, and cold eg crisps, cakes, rolls, ham and cheese) and drink (including wine, beer and spirits). The reason it doesn't more stars from me is that during a quiet period there were 5 or 6 staff members sitting near the food area having their lunch break. Their proximity to the food service are made me uncomfortable, as if I was being monitored, and they were very loud, as if they were in a staff-only back room instead of a customer area. It was unprofessional and distracting.
