Was meant to write this yesterday but was too full after I ate here so fell asleep before hand! Absolutely amazing service from Ellie and a colleagues, they made my wife’s birthday so nice and she really enjoyed herself! Thank you again!
Elle our server was fantastic with our 9 month old. Her customer service was fantastic too. Food was ok. Not the best French food but not the worst. Atmosphere was marked down as for most of our time at our table we were the only ones in.
We’ve been to this place many times. Each time we get really good service, the food is delicious and the service outstanding. We haven’t always booked a table but even as a walk in they always try their best to find you a seat whether that’s just for a drink or something to eat. On our last visit we had missed the Parc Market opening hours on the Sunday and had run out of milk. Our server Jo overheard and gave us some milk to take back to our villa. She was superb throughout and made us feel very welcome.
Fantastic restaurant. Ordered chicken in garlic, mushroom creamy sauce. It was truly delicious. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Overall much better experience than the previous nights Huck's (which was very average). I would truly recommend this restaurant.
It was our grandson’s 4th birthday and when we arrived the table had a “Happy Birthday “ banner on it. The food was good and we had starters and mains. We all particularly enjoyed the mains. The birthday boy had a special dessert which included a candle! All in all a great evening- a special thank you to Rachel and the manager.
We really tried to like this location as we have always loved Cafe Rouge but it was continually disappointing. We had an expensive dinner and then an expensive breakfast here. We found the service was lovely, but the kitchen/cooking was terrible. :( The pastries we ordered were still frozen in the middle (aka not fresh), they just used sliced deli meat for the ham Benedict, and the veggie breakfast corn cake was terrible (and reheated). The evening food was slightly better, however this is apparently the only branch with no Crème Brulee. WHY?
Came for morning coffee on two days. Delicious coffee and pastries. Coffee is strong, mocha was very chocolatey, croissant warm. Prompt friendly service. Soft play area for kids. Spacious tables and great ambience.
Great service and delicious food. Server great with entertaining the children. Reservation booking deposit (per person) refundable from final bill.
I left a rather negative review after having one of the worst dining experiences of my entire life in this restaurant and to which it would seem like the company have removed said review. Avoid it like the plague unless you like sitting on the toilet after eating poorly cooked food. The company replied to my review at the time with a very nonchalant "soz" type reply, I would've thought some compensation from either cafe rouge or center parcs would have been an appropriate response but naturally it would seem like they're more concerned about their image rather than the truth. This was meant to be a relaxing break but it was ruined by a poorly cooked squid starter and poorly cooked bouillabaisse of which contained already dead mussels, fortunately my wife is from an experienced kitchen background and she knew not to eat the toxic seafood that was served to her. The price for some of the menu items was disgusting for what you got, namely the steak. The service was also shocking, our waitress was rude and clearly overworked. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!! (However they will undoubtedly remove this one too...)
The service was second to none. Our waitress (forgive me, I've forgotten your name but she had long dark hair and black rimmed glasses, in her 20's I believe) was very helpful, friendly and made the right choice when she recommended the chocolate pudding for dessert. Thank you for making our special meal of our holiday one to remember!
