One woman on tills. Dreadful service. Apparently cannot use my Coop App card for discounts because it’s the wrong card. Not southern coop! Wouldn’t take time to explain further, just ignored me and muttered, carried on serving other customers and very dismissive. Won’t be back to that shop!

This store is a great convenience store, well ranged and merchandised with a real professional eye for detail. The staff are friendly and helpful with a particular mention to Scarlet with the amazingly colourful hair and a bright happy smile. The manager Stephanie, I think leads her team well and deserves credit for her leadership skill and high standards throughout the branch.

A convenient and relatively well-stocked shop with pleasant and helpful staff. They have a small bakery with fresh goods, a limited but useful range of fruit/veg and a great selection of beer and wine (currently with a discount on 4 or more bottles. There's limited parking in front of the shop, but a larger (free) short-stay car park across the road that's easier to use. In a recent visit they were particularly helpful with an out-of-stock item, which compelled me to leave a review. Many thanks to the staff. 2022 EDIT: I continue to be impressed by the staff here. There was an error while checking out that I didn't notice until I got home, resulting in an overcharge to my card. Easy mistake to make. My call to their store was immediately answered and the issue identified without hassle. When I popped back in shortly after they'd already grabbed the extra item (I chose to have the duplicate paid-for item rather than a refund), so it was quick and painless to resolve.

Great experience today. Firstly helped by a lovely female staff member to show us the £7 deal, and then served by another lovely female staff member who didn't rush us and was very pleasant. The store is very well stocked and very clean too. Came out very happy customers and shall be returning!! Thanks guys!!

A rather superior young woman in till just now....unhelpful and full of attitude...not doing your business any favours I am afraid. If she dislikes having to serve older men...then she should work elsewhere! My money helps pay her wages....she seems to not realise that. Very sad to have to do this bad review as most of your staff are lovely. Disappointed Pensioner!

My mum lives opposite this store in Berrow and among our family use it quite often. Popped in to get some food waste bags on my way home. Was not impressed when Nicola on the till carried on her conversation with another member of staff including the f word whilst totally ignoring me the customer!!! On receiving my change and me thanking her no response was received!! So undeterred by her ignorance I reiterated my thanks for her wonderful service which did prompt her to thank me! Wow what a wonderful experience on New Year’s Day!! Happy effing new year to you Nicola. Hope you get the sack so I don’t have to experience that again!!

This local store is really convenient for every day items like bread, milk, fruit & veg and saves me going into Burnham for them although they can be a few pence more expensive. It often has special offers on yogurt, cheese or pizza etc which are worth purchasing . Free parking is available directly outside or across the road if busy. The staff are always friendly and helpful plus I've always found the store itself to be clean, tidy and well stocked even during the summer holidays when many tourists use it.
