   I ordered a ball grabber from this company Nov 21 and then cancelled my order. I have never received a refund. I have emailed them many times and have never had a response. I have tried to ring and the number is not recognised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They should not be allowed to trade...absolutely appalling.

   Wish you could give a 0 star rating! Item ordered over 2 weeks ago. Sent countless chasers for update on delivery. Had 1 response saying it would arrive on the 4th but still nothing. Now raised a dispute with PayPal. Worst customer service I’ve ever had! DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!

   POC Golf have taken money for the golf bag I recently ordered but failed to provide the goods or delivery confirmation. There is no contact number to call them on and after emailing three times I have had one response with useless information. Really poor service, do not use them.
