   My advice if buying from here, prepay online to collect in store. I saw a game on their website available in the southmead store and it was a different price in store. They refused to honour the website price. I ended up buying it anyway and it works fine.

   Ordered a Nintendo Wii game on 23/05/25 as of today still not delivered 06/06/25 17 days. 3 times i have tried contacting the store through the internal contact form without reply. I will be submitting a chargeback with my bank today.

   My Cousin Is Forever Getting Scammed By These People. He's Brought Several Games And Consoles And They've Either Failed Or Just Down Right won't Work. He's Brought A Playstation 4 Recently That Has A Faulty Harddrive, disc drive And The Fan Makes A Loud Noise And Crashes Every Game It Tries To Play. His girlfriend has got a PS5 and some of the games that they brought from here and given an error message every time you play for more than 5 minutes. They checked the game discs and there's obvious mold and corrosion on the discs. They Are Quick Enough To Sell You Broken Products But When You Try And Take It Back They Refuse To Give A Full Refund. They Did It To My Cousin Today Several Times. They Never Fully Check The Consoles or electronics, they just hand over the paycheck to whoever is trading it in without checking everything. They know for a fact that their items don't work. That's why they hand it in, because they know it doesn't get checked properly. This is even a problem with Cex. Avoid, They will scam you and happily steal your money.

   I advise anyone who goes in here to buy consoles or anything tech wise don't bother!! I put it my console In on buy back, bought it home the day I went to get it back brought it home plugged everything back in and it didn't work!(baring in mind it was working fine before putting it in on buy back and worked fine everytime it went in the shop and home on buy back.) Then when it was taken back into them to see what they could do to fix it, it was sat there for 2 days until it was left down to one person to sort it when there are several staff members. They couldn't see what was wrong with it and then sent it off for repair WITHOUT informing or asking us first. I don't mind having to pay for the repairs or whatever. It just goes to show the low level of customer service and I will not be buying anything from there again after I pay for the repairs.

   Put in a brand new Xbox series s with controller bought it back in under time and the controller has come back broken. The right analog stick is completely drifting and it’s dirty !

   Great. Prices are affordable and products mostly stress free. Bought a laptop for only £159, and its very Good. I also bought an Amazon Fire. £20, but it still had a passcode. So it was brand back and the kind employees took care of the matter. So not risk free but still great.

   My partner has brought multiple consoles and items from here. The consoles he's brought have broken down. Due to the consoles having hardrive failures. Also never buy controllers here. As they are faulty.
